Um, why was my WIP topic locked?

I know I haven't posted on it in a while dude to me repairing my site because of some spontaneous incident with my server providers that was out of my hands but still I don't see it as a reason to lock it for I was going to actually comment on the status of my works and site recently but now I can't.......

Explanation please?
