thanks. yes you can do those same combos. but of course not as accurate and speedy as the Cpu of course haha.
you can try though. I already updated em again since then but what you have is decent enough till V3

hey hey man, i can do those combos ..ALMOST as accurate as the cpu. ..(fyi.. yes keepin up with his speed is crazy, thats why i just now had to play bait and tackle style  ) i was getting womped by Terry hard and and i had to switch up my style. Geesh i love the AI.

What i want to know is, is this Terry balanced or what....

Cus he seems like he just another Rare Akuma but instead of Akuma, its Terry.

I like the hypers, but... i dunno.... balance is my only issue with this one....

well this terry is def on point in various areas, and depending on YOU use him his moves come out splendid. His Ai is aggressive but i must warn you, playing against him with a wack character is not the way to go plus ya own skills gonna have to come heavy against him. he has his own preferred balance too. he is not like rare akuma who is so darn unbalanced as you would call it it made for almost not fun fights. I personnaly based my new roster around him. I am a terry fan indeed. . but alas he can be beaten. I use mr infinite characters, pots geese, vyns violent ken and various others and i get great results and the fights are fun. I play on the hardest setting .Kai can better explain him more in detail to you but this is from an avid fighting game players perspective. He is worth it and he has his own Awakened style balance. Anyone lookin for a CVS tried and true terry need to just buy the cvs games cause this guy is high ocane and ya gots to come correct playin not only as him but against him as well. good luck homie.

 I think you took what i said wrong. I'm not wanting this terry to play like his source game play, all I'm saying is that his moves are a a lil unbalanced with the damage, that's it...

I like the character but the balance has an issue, just  like Rar Akuma... And Rar akuma is joke char and i kno this one was not meant to be like that at all....

  no issues homie, i was sayin that about cvs terry for anyone. peeps often do want characters to play like the source or they want source syle balance. bu we all know even those characters arent what ya call balanced in ways. so no issues with ya on that man.

Now i was a tester on gameplay with the character, and ya have to see what that named AWAKENED really means . . powers, speed is high geared. I dont know much what ya mean as far as your terms of what  balanced truly mean in essence. Power hit ratio? His hit ratio seems to be aight as i can do many hypers per round , heck if not all of em and not wipe out folks with just a couple hypers so i can keep pounding away . Now depending on what peeps see as a POWER energized attack hit ratio should be, long as its according to the hyper level its at then its all gravy. worst case  would be is doing a level 1 hyper that does same hit damage ratios as a level 3, plus it depends on point of contact. start his maximum burn knuckle from a long range distance and it only connect at the end and does a huge spike in energy level drainage then yes it shouldnt do the same priorty damage as a short range full strike.  which is why i am not a big fan of rare akuma. .
but i get where ya comin from on characters that are like rare akuma. he will be doing a v3 when ready so keep in tune and when it drops it should be more better for you. and have those balance issues sorted out that this version might have tha you speak of , but def Kai can explain him even better and address those issues ya havin .

The same pots rare akuma that F*cks up the screen with a bunch of skittles crap and then you die instantly? cmon dude i can take a lil heat but thats just being ridiculous man. Hes nothing like that at all smh. and quite frankly i hate chars like that. theyre stupid. hence the reason why pots made em "A joke". Be clear on what you mean by un balanced. Hes not for everyone like i said. You did read that this is a High Octane character expressing the name given to him right? "Awakened terry". Potential unlocked? You did see the Fatal fury 3 movie where he fights like a god against "A God" right? hopefully you did that man. His supers in damage would be Terry in a Anime putting his All into his attacks. Truely Terry is a passionate char and when he gives it his all you get "Powerful" results. Plus hes a Freestyle char at heart. A street fighter. Technically V2 was also just a beta and what you have is already outdated and slightly changed already to be in gear for the real version V3. Folks mostly forgot to download em with the patch so now i put em together on Atice site and at CVG mugen. Un blanaced are chars like Nightmare geese and Kim Yaveh for example. In other words theyre damn there un beatable to basically youre not winning 99% of the time. Vs my terry you can at least win. His supers do damage how they are supposed to. If you are crying about my LVL 3 Revenge supers then dont get hit by em. Or dont use em . You cant use my revenge supers only if your health is very low and you power is at lvl 3. Thats fair enough. So i ask u now, If you see sol badguy setting you up for his destroyer move in a Guilty gear XX  are you gonna just stand there to get hit? Youre gonna dodge that right? whats the point of me making a name like "Awakened Terry" and he fights like Kung fu man? seriously bro. This is "mugen" and a LOT of chars are unbalanced. I can cry about Vyns Ken doing too much damage but im not. Why? Cuz his supers are cool. At least if mines erks you at least he looks cool doing the moves on you is my point . Hence Nightmare geese by Hiram Yagami is like one of the very few cheap chars i can stomache. And i WONT manually fight em anyway cuz id watch in AI or pick a cheap char Versus him if i was in the mood. Now That char geese?? Is un balanced overall^^. And ill break it down why:

1) Health fills up on its own
2) Power fills up on his own
3) He can pick you up off the floor multiple times doing severe damage (regular throw)
4) Almost all his special attacks leave him invincible
5) Most his major Supers are LVL 1
6) all his attacks are very very High priority. Even specials
7) All his attacks are high damage

Now am i gonna cry about it? no. why? Cuz hes "Nightmare geese!!" . The char totally expresses the name that creator gave to em to project and its well done cuz his supers are hot looking. So as a Terry Fan i took pride in my work and i tried to make em fun to use. Fun to watch and at least kick @ss to fight against cuz i hate a lame AI. Do you??

 This is just my opinion.... No need to get all jumpy about it.... I still like the char, i was just stating my opinion on it.

 God Rugal is powerful but you dont see him doing that much damage, and also Shin Akuma doesn't either.... All i'm sayin is that is would be nice to tone down the damage for a more fair match.

If you are fine with the way it is then, cool.... But if not, then thats cool too..... You can't expect people to agree with you on everything....

 You take things way too seriously bro, i can see that your stuck on the Rare Akuma comment.....

 Of course he doesn't do all of that crazy stuff that Rare Akuma does, but what i mean is that i think he deals out of damage.... Maybe not like Rare Akuma, but to me he does...

 Keep in mind that i did say that i  do LIKE this Terry and that, the damage was my only issue.

 I am not trying to Flame you or anything, and you shouldn't take things so seriously just cus someone disagrees on something.

 I know you worked hard on doing this Terry i'm just trying to share my opinion hoping that you just might listen and make the changes... That is if only you decide to.....

I for one love the FX and supers. There could be a little damage dampening, but he's no where like Rare Akuma. And that comment alone is what pissed him off. Thats equvilant to calling him Fido or Kong.

as far as powerm damping, anyones character can be dampered but i dont know where his thoughts are as far as how much should a level 1 or 2 or 3 should actual be? I think he may be more kinda frustrated cause he plays more against him then as him and cpu terry just lays smack down like tha on you if you just take a full maxed hyper head on. yeah ya power will drain but it aint that much. kinda subnormal as any. Everyone is gonna walk away with different takes on peoples works. some gonna love the fx and hate the AI, love the Ai hate the parry, so forth and so forth. But yeah doin a rare akuma in any aumption is kinda .... not cool.. especially if the character has nothing nowhere in common with such. even Nightmare freakin geese. , i got em and play with em too, he just kills me if i play against him but heck , i am gonna take down nightmare geese one of these days with a perfect.

 I dont think you know the forum rules if not then you need to go back and read them. Its not like i wanna keep talking about this. I merely said something about the damage once and only said it again to support my feedback because he got defensive.

 I REPEAT, i do like this Terry, but i am entitled to my opinion and you can't just jump all on me cus of what i said. If i think something is a certain way, then that's only what i think. well lando33 is gonna give my probable last 1 1/2 nickle opinon on the matter. your def right , its an issue between you and Demonkai, but as well when ya post for others and we get to see, we are either allowed to have a say as well. wether someone likes it or not, people gonna say what they feel. long as its in retropect and not flaming.  i know and am sure when my own project lands, peeps gonna say what they wanna. NO mugen character or project is perfect in others eyes at that.
now my only questioning was from a beta testers perspective. I wanted to see what was your initial complaint or say qualm about the characer and then i gave a resolution to it. NAHH i aint a flamer by any means of the sorts, wether the statement was direct to me or not , i am speaking. I hear what ya was sayin about the power ration in damage terms, thats my real only thought i give on that with you. No instgation needed. Ok ya ask or say told him your concersn about certain hings, but he take it how you said it. so weher he WANTS to make those changes is up to him. If you reply back and start kinda argueing the argument its adding more fuel o the fire thats stared. thats all. As you said homie, you think he could use some tweaking in that area, that right there is fine but whenever you do compare anothers work to someones elses wether its more notable quality or very uuuhg, expect the creator and fans to wanna have something to say. its just kinda.... not cool to do that ya know. its like comaring aiduzzi stuff to say...well any newbie that doesnt know how to code, sprite or anything and puts out a errrrg character. it kinda heats up the person. its just a notation not to do that ya know.
