That was intentional...
And the way you change it made the move useless. He travels like 2 steps, it need to travels more.

Oh ! Ok... I'm very sorry for have edited you char  ??? but, I not like this idea for make the charge like Megaman game, exemple, for the Beam ability, Kirby charge the attack in one move and can't charge in walking move ...

Me too, I have add ONE sprite with a rotation code, I have just change the sprite by this :

its ok, I'm not mad.
About the charge, I got it. I left it the way you've edited.

I just changed the dash punch and the stars. The rest is the same you did.

oh, and you deleted the anim 8300, that is the common hit spark

Edit : now I'm remember for what I have edit the time of the stars !
If you repeat the happy directly, the stars not appear !
I have change the time of the stars for remove this bug !

Its not a bug. Its intentional. You need to limit how much helpers (the stars are helpes) you have onscreen, or you will fill up all your ram memory.
Plus, its more logical to have just 2 stars on the stage. You will be able to release another one just if there aren't stars on the screen.

Yes but, if the stars disappears (slowly), you can't hit them ! And if you repeat the move, if the old stars disappears (no hitable), the new stars no appears also!  *Iceman ThumbsDown!*
and if we increase the duration, it would be too long ...
And normally, Dedede (for exemple) can make more stars (4 or 6 stars) if he repeating the move !

But don't worry, if you repeat the happy jump directely, there will be no more than 2 stars on screen !
And I have try with the arcade mode, the enemy and yourself have the time for hit the stars  :thumbsup:

I have another question:
Have you thought about a aerial attack ?
If Box Boxer fight Bronto Burt (or a flying boss), he has no chance for hit a flying enemy (or he just use the happy jump ...)

Boxboxer beta version, for the Fou’s Kirby the Dream Battle Project.

This is the beta version, so bugs will occur.
Keep in mind that this char was made to match the project template.

Well ive been starting to learn on how to code characters and stuff, and i would like to contribute with this project when it comes at spriting and coding

And I find you Boxin very small (that's the sprites from amazing mirror) and I have find a custom sprites with the good size !

but Boxin IS very small. And I've developed its gameplay based on that, giving him more speed and less defence

The sprites I used have the same scale of the kirby one. That custom sprites are nice, but it makes Boxin to be as the same size of Golem, which isn't true. That would not make any sense.

I think its nice the way it is.
