4 year olds can get sued

what!? little kids can have legal action taken against them now? adults can get away with things bcause of stupid technicalities, but a little kid who isn't drunk accidentally hits an elderly person while riding a bike and they can get sued? something is seriously wrong with this legal system

If i am correct , when you sue a child you are actually suing the parent of the child.  the child cannot provide funds of course so the parent is responsible for anything the child does. Something like that happened with my lil cuz his son got into trouble throwing rocks and it hit a car, so the people sued but law states that when suing a child the responsibility falls on the parent. so in essence your really suing the parent not the kid himself. Ex gf law chick comes in handy for knowledge

yeah, i'm not from new york, but were i come from its a pretty simple rule: you CANNOT sue a minor, you have to re-sue against the parrent
