Here is the final (barring any glaring issues) version of my Epoch of Anarchy Screenpack.  New download link added.

This screenpack is for Mugen 1.0 at 640x480.

What's new?
-2 types of lifebars.  One with regular portraits, one with custom ones.
-Custom announcer voice.
-Graphical updates to Victory, Vs, and Options screens.
-Updated Custom Small Portrait version.
-New Title/Select music.

It comes in 4 flavors:

-Small Portrait Regular-

Small Portrait Regular:
This is essentially the default screenpack with no custom portraits, and contains 146 slots.


Small Portrait Custom:
This is the same as above, but with custom select screen and victory portraits.


Category Regular:
This is a category select screen with no custom portraits.


Category Custom:
This is a category select screen with custom portraits.

im confused by the victory template will i have to add the text font myself and also the kind of metal bit like the juggernait you have up above?

Thanks for all comments so far, guys.  I'm making some progress on this thing in my free time, which is becoming less and less every day.

No, the text should be added to the character's CNS file, which is a new function to the Mugen RC's.  Just go into the character's CNS file, and add this to the end:

[Quotes]
victory1 = xxxxxxx
victory2 = xxxxxxx
...

Just fill in the "x's" with whatever quote you want, and you can add up to 100 quotes per character.  All you need to do is put your victory portrait over the blue part, and make sure anything else is indexed as the transparent color of that particular character.

Anyway, I've slowly made some progress with the lifebars.  I've got the normal version finished, I just need to get the Team version coded in.  Here's some pics:

Please though, when you make preview images, please make sure they dont have things in them that violate the rules.
That Juggernaught refrence uses language too strong for the fourm.

Unfortunately no, this SP is for 640x480 only.  I was gonna go for 1280x720, but I would've had to scale up the sprites, which made them look crappy.

then it makes no sense to make a screen pack for mugen 1.0, which mugen 1.0 was made to go HD.    But the screen pack is awesome.

Just wanted to give everyone a quick preview of what I've been up to for the past week or so...




I've wanted to do an update on EoA for a while now, as there were a few things that bugged me about the original.  Essentially, I wanted to give it a darker tone, with re-vamped graphics and more animation throughout. Since a lot of people had trouble with configuring the different versions, I think I'll just release each version separately as I complete them.  Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Also, thanks to everyone who enjoyed the original, especially to everyone who helped out the others in this thread.
