Looks like an edit of navgtr's reviews.  Check some of them out, you'll be in for a good laugh or two at some of the dumb things he says and does while playing the games.  He plays Street Fighter Alpha 2 on 1 star difficulty, and still gets hit by Akuma's SGS.  

Looking at one of his reviews where he actually shows himself, he look like a 40 year old.  I even made an edit of his videos a year ago.

Oh, he also calls pretty much everything "Less than pleasing" or "Disappointing."
