how do you create a character

how do you create a character? i tried using the mugen ultimate tutorial on youtube i can't even get my character soup. can someone tell me a discitive way to create a character. please.

im sorry but ive been using that video also.
If you follow what he says it works out just fine. You must be skipping steps or something.
Or perhaps your not making sure your images are .pcx files....
Im assuming you mean set up and not soup, cuz i dont know what you would mean by character soup.

The doc folder is sad because you're not reading it's content, why do you want to make docfolder sad? Oh god, why?
