Since my computer gets messed up a lot, I want to make a Rar. file of my music and put it on my thumbdrive. I made the Rar. file, but it didn't really make it smaller. My music folder was about 640 MB, the rar. file was about 600 mb. Is there any way to make it compress more so it wont take up so much space on my thumbdrive?

rar the music files, zip the rar'd music, use DCGA to compress that, and then 7z to compress that

OR you could just back them up on CD's like everybody else lol
