Cyberbots valimes

As some people suggested I made a char from cyberpots prequel: power gear/ armored warriors. As it is a non-boss char it originally lacked much moves and basics like jumping, so I've made some custom ones...

the char is based on Kong's coding with many changes.

anyways I present to you Valimes




the char was tested on rc7 and showed no critical problems, but it's ment for winmugen...
