/:) Well um... being that I'm a musician and I have my dual associates in music engineering/production, I'd say I have a use for it. I don't think I'm about to shell out that kinda money just because I want bragging rights. This is what I do, I'm a musician. Its how I make a living, and not to toot my own horn, but if you check out the, "post your ride" topic, I'd say I make a pretty good lving at that. Like I said before, I certainly didn't sit on my butt all day to earn the money for it...

Right now since I moved and sold my studio out in MN I'm stuck whoring myself out to local bands to make money and a name for myself. I had a Korg N1 before this. This thing blows it out of the water. Its not like I'm that finacially well off right now, but I wanted a new, better keyboard for helping me get started out here in the buisness. So I bought this.

Maybe in the future you guys will get some BG remixes from me, since this thing could basically write a song on its own. Maybe. When I make music it has to be perfect, and that takes some time... and I don't think BG remixes could make me any money... In fact, I would probably just give them away for free like OG Remix does.

why would anyone pay 3750 for a keyboard. i mean does it play your melodies or what? i would understand a piano but a keyboard. its looks alright

why would anyone pay 3750 for a keyboard. i mean does it play your melodies or what? i would understand a piano but a keyboard. its looks alright

You obviously know nothing about keyboards or list prices for that matter. Does it play my melodies? To say the least... This is top professional equipment. I can make entire songs with this thing, and nobody could tell the difference between it and real instruments or a real band(drums, horns, strings, ect). It also has a sampler and a sequencer built in. This thing could run a small nuclear power plant on its own if you just asked it to.

3750$ too much to you? If I had the money I would have gotten the latest Korg Oasys 88, DMC $8000-$8500. Well worth the money. And if I was buying a real acoustic piano, I wouldn't go under $15k, more like $40k if I had the money. I'm a professional.

my computer can do all that and more with a midi keyboard of about 200 dollars and why would anyone want to play drums on a keyboard. so i dont really see the big deal

No it can't buddy, you might be able to use a your junk keyboard hooked up to your computer to control some crappy sound fonts, but its nothing like this. You need to stop acting like you know what your talking about because you don't and your f**k** pissin me off. This isn't the first time you've gotten in my face on one of my topics, and I'm about 5 seconds away from makin you look like a moron.
