Power Axe Beat Down








Just your avarage combo beatdown move. Ends with a launch followed by a knockdown (badly worded XD)



They were like that in the game, but yes, Zach's helmet should resemble a Mastadon.

Also, an idea. It would be cool if he had a striker of his zord (which I think, could be editted out of Jin's giant metal fist with a lot of work.) It could just zip by and run over the foe.

Why do you post screens from Hi-res Mugen?It really kills the quality of the sprites on the character on the shot <_<|...|

The sprites are 1/4th or 1/5th the size that you see them in the screenshots.  I know. I ripped most of them.

In fact I got a few sprites from that game and made a new hyper -- Power Axe Hurricane.

It works similarly to Shinkuu Hurricane kick.

Screenshots soon.

Also does anyone have a movelist from that game?

Power Axe Hurricane:

Zach will pull out his Power Axe, spin around like crazy (maybe not exactly crazy, but you get the point >>) and send the opponent flying into the air.

Works like a Shinkuu Tastu Maki etc., but the last hit sends the opponent flying upwards on the last hit instead. ;D

The wind sprites are the same that Zach used in the Green Ranger character. Since the Green Ranger is opensource, I took the sprites from it.

The wind sprites are the same that Zach used in the Green Ranger character. Since the Green Ranger is opensource, I took the sprites from it.
Ah. One more thing. How do you convert the palette of those sprites to the palette of the sprites you started with?

When he does such an attack, while using a different palette other than the standard one. Won't his colors just turn back while he does that attack?

No. That problem only occurs if you add one of his sprites after the unchecked shared palette.

Once you make the sprite with the unchecked shared palette, you have to add all of his sprites before it. If you add them after it, the problem you mentioned will occur.

 :o this will be a great addition best of luck. i recommend having his staff blast out a shot of electricity like in the snes game when you beat level 1 he comes out a blast the rangers where they get engulfed in flames and fall.
