My boy told me about TF. so i saw that and 99 nights. 99 nights demo is pretty cool.

Post Merge: June 10, 2010, 01:52:57 PMOk im about to try out the TF game in a bit but i wanted to drop my lil two cents on the 99 nights demo .

The game is pretty cool. A lot of magic powers so far just for one char and a demo so i can imagine what other chars are like.
Pretty much the dude u start with is like the Evil lord in Lord of the rings the way he uses his sword powers. Dude even has some insane DBZ majin vegita move where he blows himself up. BUt he doesnt die or lose energy of course ..You power that up by fighting and breaking open stuff like Dynasty warriors. The plus is he has a second power of 4. For each button theres a super attack. Its a special attack but even these powers look like supers..They charge up slowly on their own which is cool.

The ultimate supers are the blue bar which has 3 levels. One for a super enrgy attack. Level 3 is the blazing swords which after a flurry of button mashing attacks Unleashes this crazy Fire death Blaze whipin enemies out. its like a ticking time bomb . The level 3 Ultimate is like killer genocide explosion like majin Vegita.

Now for the skeptical down sides. HOPEFULLY THIS IS TWEAKED BEFORE RELEASE!! .

1) you can block but its not on Que. its like you gotta hold it for a brief few secs and then he does it . but then hes like walking slow while blocking. Plus the enemies tend to get around you and tag ya back up so that a downer But the cool factor is hes really fast and has enough attacks to hold his own. But blocking i can tell in the full version is gonna be a must!

2) I dont like how u have to start ALL the back at the beginin of a mission after dying . The one boss of the demo keeps killin me so far. ITs pretty much a hit and run battle. If you played Chaos Legion then expect that from what im sayin . it kinda reminds me of that. So FOR NOW it doesnt look too cool on the demo dying and then havin to restart the whole thing . It asks you do you want to restart at check point? but then it sends u way back . The lil mission is fairly long so youd think youd start at a point fairly close to the boss. BUT ANYWAY. its just a demo and so far i like it a lot  . It definitely makes up for missin out on the original (which i never played)
