WinMUGEN plus is better for the moment... MUGEN 1.0 will be the better once it's out of the RC stage.

I Think the current set of Mugen RCs are supperior but at any point in time there could be a kind of change that would require changing something in our characters, stages or screen pack (moreso than is already required) so I'm sticking with the old mugen until Mugen RC is fully released. At the point I'll upgrade all my stuff.
