I have a hunch... It's gonna turn invisible, and then randomly appear all over the level, like the fading blocks in all of the MM games.

that would be incredibaly hard to try and counter/beat/manuever...all that. this is getting even more intrigueing!

my thought at first was like he makes it appear and then kicks it at you and all the parts scatter in all kinds of directions! only way to avoid it is...Block!

trying to add a little some thing extra to Quint w\as well as incorporate the original jump of quint. its will serve as his back jump. The original animation is stiff so i tried to find a balance between the the smooth style i got going with that. I know its hard to imagine but do you think it will fit? Or be out of place?

Thanks. The animation is unpolished but i didnt see that shading so thank you good sir. You should have seen me at work when i was animating this. People we're laughing there butts off at me proforming that movement.


I added a poll requarding Quints block




How to people feel about it? I had some people (Not one person) question me about the block. as it stands it would fuction as a regular block. So if you hit Quint legs in the standing block even though the shied covers his entire body he'll still take damage. it looks as if it would block standing and crouching attacks. And thats the issues people have with the block.

The olny options i see;

1 - is to leave it as is.

2 - Change it.

3 - code it so the standing covers standing and crouching. Counter this by decreasing Quints defense or lower his health.

Pyron has a similar block - I wanna say that on standing he just has the leg portion of the anim cut off.
