Enso's Sprite Showcase

Hi guys. Just to show you about my sprite edit but it's not perfect. It's just my edit. I remember looking at the CVS-ish looking Eddy Gordo as the winner and I felt like I lost it. I'd say mine is ok, but not too perfect. Let me know what you think. At first, I thought about making him for MUGEN.

I may have some to show though, but I still have some (little) practice.

Looks good to me, man. If I had to nitpick, I'd say his pants are a little too baggy and his hair needs to be in the ponytail that he normally has it in.

Good job, though.

To tell you the truth though, I thought about having Eddy his long hair on instead of having his ponytail. This is what I thought of having him like that because I saw GM Spectre's Anna Williams in her SNK style (B. Jenet base of Garou/Mark of the Wolves).

Nope. He almost always has it in a ponytail at least.. I don't think I've ever seen him without it in a ponytail to be honest...

Hey guys. I have another one. Here is Dolg from Captain Commando. I've been working so hard on making this guy since he's my favorite boss enemy. Also, I've been thinking about having him for a Beat Em Up. Tell me what you guys think.

Well. It's a been a year I haven't posted this. Mia Fey of Ace Attorney series. I haven't played em though. But just finding to practice my scratch-spriting using 15 colors limit. Which of her eyes do you prefer better?

It's been so long I've not been showing some sprites. Alright. Recently, I was doing a few Cody sprites.

Bottom left to right: Laslunder's, my own tracing and cut of Cody as sample for line reference, PrimeOp's



The full ones are from PrimeOp in the first, second, sixth, and last frames. The upper part with my outlines in the third and fifth frames is from Laslunder. The upper part in the middle and fourth is from Kojunho. I modified the pants on my own. (Did it for testing.)

Just to test the stand-to-crouch and crouch-to-stand. What do you think?

I uploaded Mia long time ago, and to be honest, I don't know what happened to it. I didn't delete it myself though. I guess I might reupload it or do something.

That's perfectly correct! Even though I suck in MVC/SFA style, tracing lines with different colors helps me to revamp Cody sprites, plus most of PrimeOp's clean Cody sprites. I showed my work to see if I've improved in MVC/SFA style over at MFG. I thought I would need to fix but in the end, I got good compliments for doing Cody. This is different from CVS thread which you need to improve yourself to try to make them look perfect.

He's right, man! The reason I trace is because I want to see him being done in a perfect look for Mugen and others. I had contact with Kojunho about using Ninja Commando for permission I think, but I never mentioned to him about Cody because I never planned on doing him long time ago. I'm sure PrimeOp, Kojunho, and Laslunder would allow me to revamp Cody for improvement.

Once I release a sprite pack of him, I will let anyone to code him for Mugen.
