Okay, I tried them all out so far. I have to say Hanzo is my favorite, he makes such an awesome MvC-ish rush style character. Makoto was really good too! I might even use her, except for the fact I wouldn't be allowed since she does seem rather broken. (If you just hammer buttons and her dodge you can't really lose. I know usually the dodge stays in your patches R@ce, and normally it's just a feature I don't use, but on Makoto is breaks her pretty hard. You can combo like the devil while canceling out randomly, I suppose against AI that may not be so bad, but against people it's not fair at all. )

Great patches but I have to agree with the post above me about some of the patches just make the character over powered and you could win by button smashing which is not a good thing. If that could be fix and also some moves are way too powerful some characters are way too fast. But yeah beside that awesome patches you guys please keep it up and don't take what I said the wrong way.

Wow...! Lots of those patches you named, are old, and need to be updated. They were all done at a time when they both had lots to learn about about balancing. As you can see now, the more recent patches are a lot better than the older ones! Don't worry, I'm sure they will all be revamped. just hold on...  ::salute::

I suppose it wouldn't be fair to people who are using CVS-ish type characters... These characters should only fight others like themselves! I mean, you can do whatever you want, but IMO, I wouldn't pit this Makoto against any regular styled character! It just doesn't make sense!! If I may ask, how does the dodge make her broken?  :-??

It's pretty much instant, and you have so little draw time...eh- just mash the dodge and light attacks and see what I mean. I've also managed to do multiple infinites because of this. I just took the dodge out altogether (I always do) but this is just a notice for R@ce, I know he wants yto keep it in so I think he should take a look at that for a quick update in the future. (I would wait until you got this event cleared up before tuning anything, you guys are doing great. I DO like Makoto a lot, one of my favs.)

Yea that canceling is a bit wierd in my opinon - They tend to make there characters feel more like TvC with a alot of combo power which isn't the greatest so I pretty much edit every character they make for my game to combo a little less - To each his own @-)

Dude, its cool, its your opinion. As long as u r respectable, its all good. U kno our cool with me bro but like i keep saying, the dodge will be staying. CVS has it, kof has it. My style mixes Cvs, mvc, and kof together. I put it in to help out the people who fight against people who like combo or spam projectiles all the time. Also to avid being hit. Cvs has it in there for the very same reason as does Kof. And i like it. I think it makes the fight more interesting. As for the damage, i agree, i will fix those with updates, i just have had a crazy week

My thing is this, If I have dodge and it makes the character broken then i guess that means cvs and kof are broken as well cus all there characters have this ability, EVEN POTS uses dodge...

So like Sentinel went and did, if u guys don't like dodge, just take it out, i'll even help u. But please dont say it makes a character broken becuz of it, cus its not true. Top notch Titles have the same thing.

I'm not angry im just speaking my opinion on the matter. And i ask that it not turn into somethin big. So my verdict is, the dodge is staying, and if u want it out, just pm about and I'll gladly show u how to take it out. Ok, but i still I am happy you guys r fans and Sentinel  like your feedback, i might not always agree but for the majority of the time, i do.

Now, excuse me, i have more patches to try and dish out to u guys

Umn, R@ce SNK and KOf are not that broken really. Even the dodges on your characters are not that bad, I was just saying that THIS one in particular was. You can Infinitely dodge anything, it can cancel your moves to infinite combo, things like that. I was able to not get hit ONCE by one of Kong's AI until my fingers got sore and I had to stop xD
I remove them altogether, it's not hard. But Makoto's needs some tuning is all.

(But my -opinion- on the dodge feature altogether is that when you can combo that heavy, it isn't fair to non patched characters, even MvC ones. Yours is like everything in one, thing is, they have everything while all the others just have what they were intended to be, y'know?)

Just my thoughts here, Makoto is still one of my favorite patches by you. (Honestly, I love anything that is six button xD)

It's cool, And I understand everything you're saying. But I myself love the dodge! And so far, all the patches have it. I have my own concerns about Makoto myself, but R@ce already knows what they are. other than that, I'm cool with her! Okay, maybe you don't understand what I'm saying then....
Dodging is okay, I don't care, I just remove it myself. I am saying though that those that do use it (On THIS character, why do you keep assuming I mean them all) -is broken-. When you say less combo heavy, do you mean you like it when they have easily abused infinites? Maybe against AI that isn't a big deal, but I like to play against people and they will not show mercy if they find something broken xD
Anyways, there isn't much more to talk about anyways because R@ce will likely fix this issue when he has the time, that's all that matters.

i love these patched characters!! feels like a breath of fresh air and the combos are insane!! can't wait to see what u guys pull out of your hats next. keep up the good work  :thumbsup:

Yeah, he'll fix them... I wasn't assuming you were talking about all characters, but I just don't abuse the dodge to even notice any infinite dodging. Only against projectiles mostly. And as far as I can tell, She doesn't have any infinite combo abilities! Anyway, She'll be updated after a while...  :)
