I haven't downloaded most of your patches because I never found the time (and I didn't even have half the characters... ), but with a party like this it shouldn't be too hard to miss.

Edit: I really like him. Not broken really either, and that is honestly a hard thing to do in mugen.
Not too keen on the new gun FX. I mean I like them, I just think it's too much, the crap fire is large, and for some reason the enemy bursts into flame instantly all over their body. the FX themselves are nice, especially on some of the other moves.

I assumed that these were full characters simply because of their file sizes, but do I actually need to have the original characters for them to work properly? This question is for all 3 of you btw...

Now, now race.... Not everyone knows how patches work. (unless that is he's asked over and over in places that i havnt seen.)

Yes, you need the orginal character for the patch to work. Thats what patches are. You patch them onto the character, like putting a patch on your pants when they split up the back when you bend over..... >.> <.<

Anyhoo. For Cable here, it looks like you'll need Kong's Cable. Just add Kong's cable to your mugen like normal, then extract all of the patch files into his folder, replacing the old versons with the patch versons.
And there you go.

Normally Mew, you'd be 100% right, but these particular patches are actually pre-patched characters. I like it like this too cause I used to have a hard time finding some characters before SGM started doing it like that.

Really, i didnt see a sff file in there. Probably just missed it.

Had to double check real quick about Cable, but yeah, he's a full character too. I tried him out earlier today, and just had to download the patch, and drop him in the roster and he worked great.
