Put it this way DP, youve used Phoenix, Trish and Amaterasu since vanilla right? Most of us couldnt even come close to beating ya when ya had Phoenix. My teams are mainly free against ya since I'm mainly rushdown. So I consider it a great achievement whenever I beat your Phoenix team (especially Trish...gawd i hate Trish...)
I remember once I got up and sprinted across my entire house when I finally got a win on ya back then...

In order for me to win sometimes is to play the lame game, and that's when I was salty. I don't normally play keepaway but I sometimes have no choice cuz its marvel...

Also, not just me but also Swiziga, Sonic, and Raxx8 are getting more and more used to fighting your Phoenix team...

Finally, you can then just look back and say "Damn I remember I was so salty that match I wanted to make someone burn in the flames for that..."

"Remember this is some fair stuff..."  i didnt even realize that stuff happened during those matches. foot dive beat out you and assist then got a tech roll out a combo youve done 100s of times for a free super the match against raxx when vergil avoids chip to teleport was the funniest one i was like "wait what where was he? "

lmao you definitely have to get the mix up audio from that "sometimes you go high, sometimes you go low, sometimes you get grabbed cuz theyre mix ups" theres never a dull moment in marvel with curleh mustache commentary
the match with nemesis i didnt want to get in your face because i didnt want to get destroyed like all those other times so i just played safe to get the chip damage. thought i had it with swords when i just stood there but he was till alive

Its not that I dislike it when you guys get excited when you win, it's not even about you guys. I like it when you guys get hyped. Funny as hell, though you do tend to scare me a bit DCL, which is funny in itself. It's the deliberate hate mail I get. Or even as I said with Gaf, destructive criticism. I've gotten hate mail so much whether if I won or lost. I don't even play online other then with those from here.

I don't expect you'll get any hate. I only watched the first two battles so far but what was really impressive was how you handle Morrigan's movement in the air, you obviously know where you're placing her. This is a great example of Morrigan as a viable character without a Doom assist. I also enjoyed watching where you put Trish's instant attacks during the battle, it shows that you recognize UMvC3 as an air based game and use that towrds X-23's disadvantage.

Thanks for the compliment Acey. Air play is my style. Problem is I don't have a good answer to anti air characters let alone figure out what to do to convert to a good rush down. Phoenix has good tactics but with her brittle life, it's a up hill battle. Trish has a few moves against Dante and Strider, while Morrigan doesn't have anything other then the whole sister sister thing with soul fists which isn't as good without Doom.
Hidden Missiles, Energy Javelin, Varjia, Purification, Jam session, shin shoryuken, are all good anti airs, but when two are together my team completely struggles to get in.

My teams are built on the paranoia of having to deal with a variety of situations (and character loyalty on point). I life in fear of having a team that will get blown up so bad that I feel like I have to switch teams to get a win. Capt, Chun-Li and Hulk is my "always win" team. (p.s. I don't always win of course).

It will arrive at my house next week along with Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. You probably won't see me online and doing anything M.U.G.E.N related as I'll be playing both of those games all next week. Hopefully I'll get enough practice to face all of you.

Yeah, totally forgot to mention that on my previous post. Guess I said "Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" made you guys think I have a 360 and it's better on that console. Well I don't, I prefer PS3 and like to play the first Black Ops on that.
