Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

A thousand pardons, but how does X-23 even come CLOSE to being a Wolverine clone?  Honestly, she looks a lot more like Cammy with some Sabretooth influence...

Anyhow, last time I checked, the word "clone" when referencing a fighting game referred to any two characters which have most or all attacks in common.  In all the gameplay videos I've seen of X-23, she has maybe one or two that visually remind me of Wolverine.

Granted, I'm not particularly advocating the character.  I don't really care for her; her personality seems kind of annoying, and she just feels really under-developed as a character within the X-Men Universe.  Even so, saying that she's a Wolverine clone is like saying that MODOK is an Iron Man clone, or that Deadpool is a Dante clone.


EDIT:  Also, just to put this out there, Lady Deathstrike is a CYBORG, not a mutant.  She has almost nothing to do with Wolverine and his fighting style, and the only reason people often relate the two is due to the second X-Men movie.  Go figure.

she is his ex girlfriend ( they share a romanic past)
her father is the one who created the adamantium process .
her fighting style is totally different from wolverines and she indeed is a cyborg , she was given adamanium bonding and a cyborg enhancements by Spiral ( as supposed according to marvel)  and she always has to seem to wanna prove herself by stalkin the dude and tryin to kill him.
X-2 whatever is a clone of wolverine but her fighting style yeah is different. to me she is one of those real speed slasher fighters but a lot fast then ole wolves. i would use her for sure. deathstryke is like a mr fantasic with armor and claws. i think its just her arms that stretch. and hands get a bi bigger.  but yeah she is no mutant that i can ever remember reading before.

oh well other than all that they are totally different. nope not worthy of being clones.

I hated that second movie fight scene with wolvy against lady deathstryke... the movies dont really even follow the x men lineage anyway. So thas why i dont look for them for Marvel facts.    yup and x-23 is a wolvy clone they just changed her moves. i guess you can say she is like the equivalent of a ken.

So, I don't know if anyone's seen this yet, but this seems to confirm some of our guesses to the roster and add some new questions, IF it's real.

What do you see up there? Ms. Marvel? She-Hulk? Zero? Frank West? Mike (FRICKIN') Haggar? But what's that there on the upper-right? Yes...It's Howard the Duck. He's coming to MvC3, possibly.

You can clearly see many of the logos that match up with the characters and that's no doubt Howard's logo. Before those of you who only saw the horrible movie start shouting, the comic was actually very good.

Thoughts on this, my fellow MUGEN-ites?
