Many of you maybe know the 1990´s X-MEN tv show, but before that Fox had plans to make another version and they aired a pilot called Pryde of the x-men.
Well i didnt know until now...

I was actually quite into it and I think it looks better then the other one I remember. The music was pretty cool in a funny sorta way also.

Never realized Paul Hogan did voice overs for Wolverine though. XD

EDIT: Sorry but am I the only one that notices Prof. X moves his legs in the second vid at 1:41.? XD

I remember having a tape for this when I was little complete with an ad for Spider-man & X-men : Arcade's revenge.

I watched this before. Me and my brother couldn't stop laughing the first time wolverine spoke.

If you didn't know this then you probably didn't know that there was an arcade game made for this pilot that came in either 4-6 players where you could play as either wolverine, nighcrawler, storm, dazzler, cyclops or colossus. That game is awesom, you might be able to grab it on ROM and play the PC version. The actual arcade units are hard to find now a days but you should see some on ebay still that are kind of pricey. Just type in Konami X-men and you'll see loads of stuff for the game.

I WAS ABOUT TO BRING THAT UP MYSELF. THE ARCADE GAME'S ART STYLE, HEROES AND VILLIANS ARE DIRECTLY BASED ON MATERIAL PRESENTED IN THIS EPISODE, I THINK EVEN THE VOICES TOO NO? IT WAS SHOWN SEVERAL TIMES ON TELEVISON THOUGH THE SHOW WAS NEVER PICKED UP AND IT WAS ALSO RELEASED ON VHS.

...yeh it was based on the cartoon. Arcade game came out around the same time that Xmen series took off

I posted the Intro yesterday so that some can remember and for those to know that that one existed before the 90s Xmen.

The 4 plyr Arcade game based on that was hot (and still fun) back then

It was about as Fun as the Ninja Turtles game. Had ta love Konami and their Beat em ups

HAHAHA I guess no more MYWAY Juggernaut videos!!!! But yea they used this pilot in J3 for their parody and I always wondered why it looked so different now I know why
