Thinking about selling my video game collection

http://club.ign.com/b/list/custom?&lid=100018&owner=nights_team2k7&mode=vown

how much do you think I could get for all of it? I'm not posting this to show off either, I'm really considering selling it. IGN has it listed for like 19k but I doubt I would get that much for it.

This also includes the consoles with it. And i have 3 Dreamcast, one just needs a battery. I have a ton of accessories too

also about 50+ games are still factory sealed. Games like Shenmue II for Xbox and stuff like that

That's one hell of a collection. Great stuff.

Ah, Battle Arena Toshinden, how I miss that soundtrack. Have looked through hell and high water with no luck finding it ANYWHERE on the net. Only find the soundtrack from part two or some other crap. -__-

We stopped checking for monsters under our bed when we realized they were inside of us.

I'm interested in.... B. BC2 (360), MW2 (360), Wolverine Origins (360). But that right there would probably be over $100 depending on condition....

Nice, Chrono Cross and Chrono Trigger for the PS, and MvC for the DC. You've got a pretty good list here.

I wouldn't suggest sell them all together. Some of them are worth a lot of money. You could get a few hundred bucks for them. Just one game alone. But you have a half full of games that would sell for a lot of money. I could pin point which ones would if you wanted me to tell you. PM me if you would like to know.

Hmm...I'll give ya 5 bucks for it. :D
It is really impressive, I have no idea how much it would be, but definitely a lot, but I think it is the wisest move to sell at least a few items separately, and maybe to maximize even more sell the bulk ones in separate sets. Like instead of 300 games set up like 150 and 150, then more people would be willing to pay a higher price, maybe from 2 buyers.

That is a lot of games to sell!
Like others have said some of them ought to be sold separatly in order to gain most money such as the older classic games and rare games like MvC2.

Looking at the pictures also reminds me how much better the UK box art often is in a lot of cases than the American

Make sure to post the link here if you decide to sell it on ebay.

A lot of 50 nes games can go for 80 bucks i can only imagine what people would pay for your collection.

yeah I'm definitely thinking about selling it. I'm just seeing if people would actually be interested in buying it all. Someone very special to me may need help and I will sell my entire collection to help her if she needs it.

If you're in it for the money then break up the lot into smaller parts, but iof you just want to get rid of it all then sell it as one big whole.

I suggest breaking it up & selling it. It will get more bank that way. Plus I highly doubt any one person is just going to shell out 10 grand or some figure like that at once. Especially with the economy the way it is.
