- Viacom officially confirmed that Rock Band 3 will be coming out this holiday season. The game will be published by MTV Games and distributed by EA.

- EA announced a new fantasy RPG called Project Mercury for PS3 and Xbox 360, which is being developed by Big Huge Games, a subsidiary of 38 Studios. The game will be led by the designer of Elder Scrolls III Morrowind and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Sony has unvealed the PS3 motion controller PlayStation Move at GDC. The system will use the PlayStation Eye Camera and PlayStation Move to perform high precision real-time three dimentional tracking. The PlayStation Move will come with a sub-controller which is like the Nunchuk for Wii.

There is virtually no log and latency is the same as the DualShock 3 controller. Sony's SOCOM 4 will support PlayStation Move. Sony said virtually every major developer is making PlayStation Move games, including Activision, Ubisoft, EA, Disney, Sega, Konami, Namco Bandai, Square Enix, Koei Tecmo, Capcom, Crave and more.

The PlayStation Move starter kit will come with a game, controller and PlayStation Eye Camera, and the price will definitely lower than $100. Sony plans to release over 20 games that support the motion controller by the end of the fiscal year.

im still stunned u never seen fist of the north star before and you get all those imports. odd. But at least check out the new FOTN anime remake though just for the heck of it. pretty much arc systems based their first FOTN fighting game on that series in 2004. it was pretty good. i had it since import. Id love to see arc systems do their version of "Jojos Bizzare adv" like GGX.

Yeah I'm not really a fan of Japanese cartoons, most seems to be very generic and strange with simple artwork.  Too many Kamen Rider clones, Gundam clones, and main characters trying extremely hard to be cool yet whine every two seconds. 

Also whats up with anime girls having bondage eye-patches, it looks really stupid and has made its way to Otomedius G, Ar Tonelico 3, KOFXII, Wild Arms 4, Death Smiles and many other games that have a maid like character with an eyepatch acting very sadistic? 

I do like Samurai Champloo the best since it has its own unique feel to it.  I have the original Hokuto no Ken that came out on PS2 as well as some of the old SFam ones  .

Real people are doing this.  If I go back to Japan I will literally point at a girl wearing a eyepatch and start laugh whether it is a cosplay or an injury .  There is a character in Ar Tonelico 3 who has a eyepatch was well and is very sadistic and shy as well as generic.  That is a con in only playing Japanese games is that you tend to get the same old generic characters in each game sort of like the Tales series where the main characters are wannabes and the heroines are apologetic saying "Gomennasai" or "Sumimasen" every two seconds as well as acting frail.  Which is why I like rpgs like Final Fantasy, Breath of Fire, Shadow Hearts, Shin Megami Tensai, and many others that have non-generic animeish characters. 

Also No More Heroes: Eiyuutachi no Rakuen is coming for April 15, only in Japan due to Wii sales.  Also Lost Planet 2 which I'm digging the co-op.  On that I'm debating whether to get the PS3 or 360 version.  The main reasion is Marcus Felix and Domingo Santiago on 360 version since Gears of War series was one of my favorite American imports.

Yes yes i totally agree. And totally happy theres a GGX3. im sure it isnt a rumor knowing those team of developers. theyre not like capcom. theyre like the darkside of capcom & snk to me haha. They think a little more outside the box. So im sure that GGX vs BB will definitely make a crazy appearance.

But lawwd the GGX3 has to happen . Its been too long. But its understandable arc systems wants to try new things and not make their star child stale
