Region Free games question. Please help.

Okay, so I found this PS3 version of Just Cause 2... But! I found a LIMITED EDITION version of the game that comes with all DLC for 40 dollars for PS3 & 360 & 25 dollars for PC. But its coming from the UK. Do you think it will be Region free for my PS3? I need help. I only have 17 more days before I can get this bad boy.

Uh... the game isn't even out yet... and there's not even any DLC....

I wouldn't waste your money on the game, btw.. unless you really liked the demo. To me.. it's just a better graphical version of the first one with more stunts....

It'll definitely work. This is what I'll probably be doing with the new No More Heroes game for PS3 since it's looking like it might not be released over here.

How sure are you? I read on the site it says only will work for UK & Europe for PS3's. I'm afraid to stop my pre-order with Gamstop. That's a good 40 bucks down the toilet if it doesn't work.

it's region free dude, its that simple.

I will warn you in advanced though.

you can't play most games on-line if there imports.

it doesn't work all that great I heard.

The only thing you need to do is if there is FURTHER DLC not included, get THAT from the corresponding Playstation Store. So it will work but if you want to be EXTRA careful set up an account for England using a fake address and play the game from there. It should not be necessary though.


Interesting Side Note: All European accounts come with a TV section and TV inside Playstation Home that plays TV shows on them. Why Sony WHY not the US!?(I know it is legal stuff)
