Seems more like a M. Bison fusion with Captain Falcon then C. Falcon himself.
It's okay I guess, but it doesn't really keep my interest. (The coding isn't bad, just the sprites and the limitation by the fact they are SNK- leaving out the option for going 6 buttons)
Still, I do prefer this one over that other mini one.

Also, a response to some things you said above, just two things you said I didn't agree with:

- Captain Falcon never had that many moves to begin with
~Yes he does, he has quite a few- you just omitted a lot of them.

- I gave him a original hyper, he doesn't need anything else.
~That one hyper doesn't give him much of a chance against 98% of the rest of mugen creations that have different hypers to deal with different situations.

Not that this is a bad character though. For a first version release it is an okay character, and the effects are nice. I think the coding here is great, but it was the fact you had a limited amount of sprites to work with, and to be honest these sprites need a lot of work- one major thing is they kept way too much Bison in him.

-He was never going to be 6 buttons. I don't know why people are so inclined to six buttons so much it doesn't make a char better based on how many buttons they use.
-The mini one was garbage, not only is it a common opinion but is may as well be fact.
Also, a response to some things you said above, just two things you said I didn't agree with:

Falcon punch, falcon kick, raptor boost, falcon dive. That's it. A smash buttons are counted as normal attacks not specials. his throws are also normals which were indeed omited. If you mean arial rapter boost, that wasn't put in because it's impractical.

~That one hyper doesn't give him much of a chance against 98% of the rest of mugen creations that have different hypers to deal with different situations.
- You're joking, Rapter Acceleration not only has invulnerability frames on start up but it's similar to ryo's ranbuu. It's a execellent counter hyper and can be combo'd into.
- Falcon dive has the same usefulness it had in ssb.

Not that this is a bad character though. For a first version release it is an okay character, and the effects are nice. I think the coding here is great, but it was the fact you had a limited amount of sprites to work with, and to be honest these sprites need a lot of work- one major thing is they kept way too much Bison in him.

This is the last version of him to be put out. If it was a beta I'd say so. And I know you know this but just incase other people didn't read the first post of this thread, I'll bold this so everyone reads it.

DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SPRITES, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME. THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT THEM.

I kinda figured there was no way to say this without annoying you, but I have a big mouth =3

-Because a lot of people like 6 buttons, it's mugen, if you don't want to do that then it's perfectly fine, no one will argue against that, but you can't expect everyone else to like it just because you do.
-That is just uncalled for, you don't hear me calling your work garbage, if I don't like it I state why, and if they don't agree then I'm fine with it.

-There are plenty of moves that could have easily been made into captain falcon, hell Whiplash who is also working on a captain falcon has a move list so massive he is going to have to cut it in like half- I was saying it WASN'T your fault because to be honest, you couldn't have done even 1/10th of those with the sprites you had.

-That would be my bad, I thought he only had the one hyper, Raptor boost.

-Your final product is only going to be as good as the materials you are working with. The sprites are hardly your fault, you worked with what you had- but you can't deny that Vega shin kick for Falcon kick and all that looks weird.

I'm used to all button types because I play everything, it wasn't a choice of preference, I spent 3 months coming up with how falcon would play and that was the most appealing format.
-That is just uncalled for, you don't hear me calling your work garbage, if I don't like it I state why, and if they don't agree then I'm fine with it.

-It's garbage because it was rushed, had next to no testing prior, and had simple mistakes that anyone who has ever seen any kind of programming code and understood it could fix. There was a point in time where my work was called garbage, instead of getting offended I fixed the problems. Chibi char's in general have huge standards behind them and it's very hard to get away with a rushed product without getting loads of negative feedback.

-I've never seen/heard of this falcon wip. So I'm interest in to see what mine was missing seeing how falcon only had 4 specials ever. Like I stated before, A smash attacks and throws do not count as specials. Only the B ones did.

-That would be my bad, I thought he only had the one hyper, Raptor boost acceleration.
The readme often answers a lot of questions before they are asked. :P
-Your final product is only going to be as good as the materials you are working with. The sprites are hardly your fault, you worked with what you had- but you can't deny that Vega shin kick for Falcon kick and all that looks weird.
- I kinda didn't notice because I focused on gameplay :U

I will admit I was in a bad mood earlier. So I came off more mean then intended.

Well, the cat's outta the bag now....

 :P

Anyway. I think he's gettng at the basic moves, he still plays like M.Bison, with different specials. But that's not your fault.

Special moves wise, he's missing a blue falcon hyper and aerial raptor boost, other then that, he's got them all.

Falcon punch is unblock-able, I believe I stated that in the readme.
I don't think you did and I know that already. I just wanna know why it isn't.

I also found a bug when testing. When any character hits Captain Falcon with a special attack when he has very low health, the game mutes completely for a second or two. Hope you took a look at this if you haven't yet.

The blue falcon was a final smash which is in him. It's called Falcon Overdrive. Aerial raptor boost, as I previously stated, was too impractical to be used with the system I mapped out.

-It damn near was unbloackable on SSB because it either guard crushed you or left you with no guard at all which mugen lacks, that and due to the nature of the move every AI ever would block it all the time making it virtually useless. If you are hit by it you deserved it :U, it's extremely easy to avoid.

-I have no idea what you are talking about as far as the music goes because the only thing that stops teh music in him is done while he's in the middle of his finisher. More than likely it ain't my falcon.

You forgot to add a amendment to that, you see kids, if the author doesn't view what is a problem as a problem, the only way to get it through their thick skulls is to come off like a complete jerkface.

I generally don't give feedback in a negative manner but alot of people who release crappy stuff these days are so proud of it that they never believe anything is wrong with it.

Yes this is off topic but it was responding to that quote because I'm sick of hearing people call negative feedback bashing.

It's not a problem with me btw kamekaze, I just say what I think- you don't have to listen to anything but you gotta admit others can have some good ideas and valid points- so it never hurts to put them out there.

As for that other Faclon, yeah Whip is working on it and his move list is pretty long- but he is making his own sprites so he can pretty much do anything he can think of, you kinda had more Bison like sprites to work with.

I guess that dodging it easily makes up its power. That's enough info for me.

Seriously? It so noticeable, guess I didn't say it specifically enough. Here is an easy way to get the bug just by using Captain Falcon himself for both players:
1) Choose CF for both sides on Versus Mode.
2) When match starts, press F1 (Debug must be on).
3) P1 does Falcon Kick while P2 blocks it.
4) After that, you can't hear P1's hitspark go off, the KO sound may cut off depending what lifebars you use and the sound resumes P2 saying his (11,2) voice clip.

Hope that's specific enough.

People get frustrated with poster who post unarticulate, spitefull feedback as if theyre placing a call into the Jim Rome Show. So it goes both ways.

There shouldnt be rudely negative feedback, there should be constructive criticism. I have no interest to hear people vent the pain of their sad lives with mannerless, rude comments. If they see a problem clearly state it so people can make the changes. Why add an additude to a point?

It's not a bug. That only happens when you kill falcon as he's blocking. Doesnt matter if debug is on or not.

It only get's that way if the author was acting too dense to get the point otherwise. I only bring out the harsh stuff if said author has been ignoring everyone else and the char he made has potential or I wouldn't
even comment.

Sometimes, but I think were on the same page. I think youre referring to guys too pigheaded to take advice, and I think I am talking about posters that attack a very open minded creator right off the bat, and rudely articulate their feedback.

Both types are a pain in this hobby, so it goes both ways.

Okay anyway back on topic

I did notice one of the intro's seem like the sprite position is off. Like it jumps back into place when it goes into state 0. Some of the air basics seem a tad hard to hit in certain positions.

Maybe that was fixed in your update though. Overall a very enjoyable release.
