Yea im having the same issue im getting used to it tho i had to switch to Boxer because playing around with different characters hes the only one that felt right with a stick.

I'm playing Street Fighter IV. I'm Dhalsim and I was fighting El Fuerte. I did Dhalsim's Ultra Combo (that giant, slow moving fireball that stays on screen for a while). El Fuerte jumps over it, hits me with a jab, then runs backwards into the fireball, killing himself.

My sister actually had to come into the living room to see why we were laughing so hard.

I guess the moral of the story is to not randomly abuse El Fuerte's run attacks or something? I don't know. crap was hilarious

Pressure... Vega has no good wakeup options if you go for a meaty jump-in after knocking him down.

If you can anticipate it, jumping and attacking should take care of it. If not, just FA then dash and attack while he recovers.

yup that's the best way to deal with it, especially when he comes flying at u just focus attack and cancel into a dash forward or backward depending on what u want for ur next move. don't know about balrog though i have no strategy for them if u meant for balrogs also

found some useful information on current matchups http://www.eventhubs.com/guides/2008/oct/17/street-fighter-4-tiers-character-rankings/ its a tier list that displays the matchup numbers as opposed to just saying character x is higher than character y for no reason theres of other useful strategy info on there for st, hdr, and 3s as well
