Mugen style Streets of Rage???

I'm just curious if anybody had an idea to make an "beats of rage" type of mugen where you can use mugen characters for the game. Like a streets of rage beat em up. If they did have this, it would be cool for IMT members to try? idk. What do you think? I know it would be totally different coding and everything else. But i was wondering....

I didn't make it. Someone just used some of my mugen characters & other IMT works to make some games.You can get them on that main beats of rage forum. I don't remember the link .
