Well Rehap and ComedyHaHa had a Chris in the works, but he wasn't finshed. had super jump and air combo, but no launcher, no sound, and only one hyper.

that's the charlie edit that pizzaman borrowed sprites from for his RE project, right? that guy had two hypers, one was just buggy. I think he had a launcher too. In fact, the only thing I think he was really missing (besides lots of bug testing) was a voice (which I put in myself). Assuming one could get permission, I don't think it would be too hard to fix up and complete him.

man, I wish I still had that character.

because their names are similar 

deejay and wolverine aren' together. deejay is with cammy and wolverine is with sabretooth. the boxes are just aligned vertcally instead of horizontally.
