That looks really cool actually. Two things I'd like to point out though. Should shorten the boots, just leaving Remy's as is doesn't work for Joker. Try making him look older as well, looks too young as of right now.

In any case, am loving the look for the most part. New design, yet pretty true to the character. Good job all around.

Alexziq's Joker is made with Oswald as a base (KOF).
Magus' Joker is made with Kyosuke as a base (CvS).
Sic-1's Joker is made with Remy as a base (SF3).

The bases aren't the same at all, even when they could look similar. Also, Remy allows a smoother movement, due to the SF3 fluid anims.

Good luck with this one Sic . Maybe you could have some inspiration from "The Adventures of Batman & Robin" for the Sega Genesis. The fight agains Joker was great! And also you could do a remix of his song, if you're planning to have something similar to that as his stage:

nope.... the top half is not from Kyo..... it's Micheal Roa from Melty Blood, the head is free hand

Well I do like the sprites anyways, you did a good job with the head.
I actually do like this look more then the one at Scruffy xD
Still- A similar move set might not be a good idea, can't wait to see what you come up with =O

Your greatest work in progress  is the Amazon character of Storm/Wonder woman or Dark Claw - Wolverine/Batman.

Joker might make top 10 at best.

Otherwise the character looks wicked cool. I hope there are some nice specials and hypers on em.
