The only thing notable in this movie is that the assassin who killed the scientist was way over the top in killing someone and that captain likes to steal cars.

I saw the whole thing back when it was only 10 years old. The costume isn't bad, only the acting, script, lighting, filming and stunt work.

I don't know which was worse that, or the Roger Corman Fantastic Four movie. Oh wait it was this because they actually released this to video stores. Where as the FF movie you could only get bootlegs of at Comic shows....
