Goutetsu was a few reworked :
I remove some annoying Akuma's sound.
I tried to make some AI combos, from AI patch by hjk/Tee Hee Hee for Ryu by Scar first version
Still spamming shoryuken

I wish someone would make a new Retsu, as well as Geki, Lee, Mike, and Joe. Using all newer looking sprites. That would be pretty awesome. they deserve a come back...

Agree with u man overall these old characters are not supposed to be dead in the story, ... except maybe Lee.
