Man those things are strong! Why dont they devlop something to protect our games today, like harddrive cartrages would be a good idea. A plug in hard drave that has the game, and you can save on it or save on the console, that would be a great idea for a new game system, keep the games safe.

I don't see it happening though. If you are bored and willing to spend some money you can always take a 2.5" external HDD and mod the cartridge. See this link:

The only problem with your idea is that HDD's are fragile and when they are not carefully taken care of they break. One thing is that they can't be thrown around like NES cartridges.

I got one crazy one for you guys!! I used to clean my nes cartriges with water back in the day !! It's nuts, but it works!!! then I dry them off (of course ) then do the wiggle method and poof my game works !!
