Toguro was a human that sold his soul to become a demon due to the fact that his dojo and almost all people within it were killed by demons and he was unable to stop them. Although he retains his human appearance it is only a facade to hide his power, in this current form he is at 80% of his actual power. He is much stronger than before with stronger boss status AI. He also has 2 new throws.

He has no spirit pulse, only a final move that he can and will surprise the enemy with. He is the first and only character without a spirit pulse.

Edit: Hi-res tag used because char is best viewed at hi-res settings.

Nice char, but do you think you could make a single char implementing all forms of Tugoro (I assume you are probably going to make 100%) Great work on all the chars you've made, MUGEN needed some Yu Yu Hakusho.

Final comment: We need a Char of the announcer that kills by yelling too loud. lol

Mugen limitations will not allow all 3 toguros in one. not to mention they are more fun to fight seperately. If all 3 Toguros were a pallete swap then i would be able to.

Toguro is so powerfull.
I can't wait for put him in my tournaments.
But before him, i'm gonna put shishiwakamaru in the sward tournament.
Toguro with his power at 100% will be incredible.
