Weird Music SLurring or Music Playing Too Fast

I was setting up my new MugenPlus after installing the AlphaStorm Screenpack and I noticed I can barely hear or understand the music playing in the background. It didn't bother me until the music got worst and started either playing to fast or was slurring and blurring to the point where you really feel like the music shouldn't be playing the way it is.

What might be the problem here. Can someone help solve this issue?

P.S - in my regular Muigen with the Broken Mugen Screenpack, sometimes, the music plays a little faster than usual. Do you think the problems could be identical?

Sounds like a plug-in issue.

There's a a thread that's been stickied in Mugen Discussion called "MP3 Plugin Fixed" or something like that. Try some of the fixes in there, and see if it's any better for you. I don't have nearly as many sound issues since I implemented them (although it still isn't perfect).
