Yes, I know how badly he needed it. However, I wanted to wait till I knew exactly how I wanted to redo him first. Now if you were paying attention(which I doubt). Joe was never complete to begin with. I released him incomplete because I ran out of ideas. This was in 2007. As I'm also sure you know, he was not exactly my greatest work. Well I can say I'm proud of what I've done now. Hopefully you will find this Joe to be thousands of times better than the one before. I've removed several pointless hypers and supers. I pretty much remade him from the ground up. I also gave him new AI to boot. I can honestly say this Joe is complete and that anything else would just be bug fixes from this point on.
