As for sprites, try to find an open source version of the characters and extract the sprites with fighter factory.

If you ask me, D-Man is the first real Amalgam character. It's definitely Wolverine and Daredevil in one.

Kong has ripped sprites of nearly everyone from MVC2

Really good edits but tigershark is my favourite

since he turned up in the offenders i was going to crank one out but i dont need too now coz that nails him.
Plus that absorbing man is a good take on the character, not too sure on the bigger, bottom one though.

The big one it's just a try.
I found this amazing Samurai Showdown characters and I was wondering how I can use them.
The only hard think is to remove the gloves from the "tiny" one.

Still working on Absorbing Man.
This time I tried to mix only Capcom sprites.

Now I notice the light spot on the ball is inverted.

If you have it like that, the ball should wabble in the air to look more natural.
You could change the stance, make the ball on a longer chain, and shlump it on the floor.
Cuz unless he's absorbed something like rock or metal, hes not going to be wanting to pick it up much, he'll need the strength.

O_o why does that look like a copy and paste effort... O.o The torso and legs are WAY out of proportions

I modified a little the image and made a stance.
Hope you like.

By the way it's cut and past (Cody and a Samuray Spirit character) but if you look at Absorbing Man his torso is way more big that the legs.
