So support the thread on anything upcoming Comic to big screen related. Or just anything based on that to keep each other in the loop from time to time.

Japanese Cult Ryuhei Kitamura (who also did horror flick recently "Midnight meat train) will be doing the movie for Top as Writer.
Should be interesting.

But to be honest i Really want them to do right that Captain America movie man seriously. Geeez how hard could it be man like wow...
they screwed up the old one way back. sorry i didnt like it and this has got get nailed right. So far DC is on a role with Batman "now"

Only batman movies i liked back then were the 1st n 2nd. The second one was pushin it but ya cant go wrong with mitchelle fieffer man as catwoman

But yeh man Im also wondering how the Conan the Barbarian will come out.

I read long ago that Triple H was picked at one time when he was at the highlightback in 2000 in WWE n what not. Arnold wanted to play a lil cameo role as Old Conan er somethin briefly. which sounded cool and halarious at the same time.

yeah the magneto and thor movie are what im waiting on i want another hulk movie but i want better directing it seems like they always go the michael bay route and do over the top action witch is to be expected its the freaking hulk but i wanna see the story told in a darker tone

V for Vendetta, Watchman, along with soon to come works like Johah Hex, Lobo, Death, and a new reboot of Constantine Hellblazer in the works DC is getting a big lead on Marvel in this area of film and Marvel still has a ton of unused cult properties untapped

i always thought that was one of the better casting decisions but actually i like the whole entire xmen cast the only one i disagreed with was jean grey Famke Janssen was close but something about her didnt suit the character

Sept,2009 - Guy Ritchie has signed on to direct "Lobo," a big-screen translation of the DC Comics anti-hero.

Lobo is a cigar-chomping interstellar mercenary and bounty hunter. The character is one of DC's more recent creations (he was introduced in the 1980s) and for a brief run in the 1990s, was one of comicdom's most popular characters.

Don Payne wrote the script. Warner Bros. is looking to begin production early next year.

last i knew it was coming out after the captain america and thor movies so probably like 2012ish and any action movie with a female lead is gonna suck its just the nature of the beast hollywood  still tries to sneak in that sex sells crap

Well Catwoman wasnt about the real Catwoman, and it was before Warner, and DC changed directions on their movies. Anything pre-Batman Begins was a differant creative direction.

yeh true story. I read a long while ago DC/WB wants to reboot superman. This is before that reboot of the hulk came out. I posted this at sonic X ages ago. but yeh They wanted to see how that last Hulk Came out and do Superman again. Superman was ok but it was more of a love story in my opnion . Not that much action at all. NOw if they can do what marvel did with lil cameo appearances and hints at other superheroes showing up in the next movie n such then it will be hot ...


Cuz i can definitely see Bruce wayne Showing up on the news While Clark Kent is checkin the situation out in a brief cool scene at the end of the movie ...
I love Batman so it would dope to see em both in a Movie together thats done great. Hopefully that Batman and superman symbol from
"I am Legend" is the real deal
