I thought it was bugged out actually . Dunno what it was. But do i believe in other life in space? hell yeh. too many stars, moons and suns out there period to not believe.
Have they come to earth? Dunno . But This here is bugged out and i wouldnt be surprised if a UFO er whateva did show up ...

Anyway heres the scoop from Yahoo news:

And you thought rainbows were cool. A few days ago, a mysterious cloud shaped like a halo appeared over Moscow, and the buzz has yet to break.

We're the first to admit that a photograph of the heavenly cloud appears to be photoshopped. It's just so...perfect. But meterologists have spoken up and said the cloud wasn't digitally altered. However, it wasn't exactly what it appeared to be, either.

When the cloud initially formed, some UFO enthusiasts declared it to be a "true mystery." Some even compared it to the giant spaceship hovering over Earth in the movie "Independence Day." Reality quickly dashed any predictions of an alien invasion. An article from the Daily Mail explains that the "luminous ring-shaped cloud" was simply an optical effect.

An official spokesperson for Moscow's weather department said, "Several fronts have been passing through Moscow recently, there was an intrusion of the Arctic air too, the sun was shining from the west — this is how the effect was produced."

The cloud loomed last week, but the searches are still soaring. Lookups on "halo cloud" and "moscow cloud" are both booming, and a video clip has garnered hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube. You can check it out for yourself below...

Thats bugged out man too uncanny. No body aint gonna be laughin if it is somethin serious ..

its like that Meteor that shout down the Highway about a Year ago and exploded down the street somwhere.
It was on the news and everything. first thing i thought was the "BLOB"

It would be awesome if it was an actual ufo. Could you imagine the amount of panic and fear that would rush over most of the Earth? It'll probably be just like section 9.

yeah that would amaze me if it was a mothership or some like that or just a huge ship of a ufo and

Its Godzillas halo. You see, what happened was Moscow featured a fight between king ghidora, Mothra, the cloverfield monster, Mechagodzilla, dragonzord, megazord, bahamut, mechastreisand, the incredible hulk, the almighty archfiend, Super Mecha Death Jesus, leviathon, the lock ness monster, Rodan, and Gigan, all afraid to get killed by the fierce king of monsters, they teamed up and killed godzilla, then Mechagodzilla turned its hand into a drill and dug a grave and put godzillas corpse in the hole, but it wasn't deep enough to hide the halo.

I believe in aliens. But that does not look like a UFO or alien spaceship. Its a cloud. But so my first reaction to it was either a wormhole, or an inter dimensional rift. It fits the shape perfectly and its embedded in the clouds. So it would be perfect for a portal/wormhole/Rift.

I don't think its a UFO but one of those portals.

EDIT: @ Sic well if something like this does not destroy the earth. 2012 will. Couple of my friends from the UK watched a documentary on what could happen with 2012 and they are freaked the fook out.

2012 is the last date on the Mayan Calender, but that doesn't neccessarly mean it's a bad thing. We are closing the Fourth World of Destruction, and preparing to begin the Fifth World of Peace. Regardless of the title given, what is clear is that we are on poised on the brink of a World Age Rebirth! (Atleast according to this site: http://www.13moon.com/prophecy%20page.htm

But I still look foward to a ufo landing that is impossible to cover up by the government or etc. intergalactic relationships sounds very righteous right now. (you know your interested in out of this earth wam chicka womp wah).

I believe a UFO already did crash on the earth & the government covered it up.

There have multiple reports of ufo crashes, but it's hard to tell whether some of them are real or fake.

But back on topic, I think its kind of weird that "that" type of cloud formation would occur at all. But then again, im not a cloud expert.
