I know it was a kind of pointles arguement because Sheng Long doesn't even exist  :-??

anyways I think there will b a problem with the sheng Long project  :(
a while ago I was editing the sprite sheet on Paint.net and when I tried to save it I got an error that saids "error saving file"
and now it said "error loading file" and when I try to open it on MS paint the sheet is a complete white blank :(
here is the error that showed up

to anyone who use Paint.net and had this problem before  and knows how to fix please tell me so this project can go on
if no one is able to help me, then this project will have to be put on hold or even cancelled  :(

Mm, I think u gave too much power for a non existent char suposed to be a prototype of Akuma, that's why I still thinking that a hidden student status could be more appropriate...

Otherwise it's too bad u got this problem of sprites. u should use Paint Shop Pro, it can serve for any image format lol

the trail version of paint shop pro has already ended for me, the image format isn't the problem however  :-??

yes it is; Capcom release Akuma in the next Street fighter game after the Sheng Long joke; that means the authors got the idea to put a new character in relation with Ryu & Ken's past, & finally... Akuma is born.  ^-^

Btw I must to admit that a free program for sprites is hard to find....

just the effect seems to be a little more big than the sprite's char... maybe make the char animation with the effect for being sure lol

actually they are just fine, it worked for guile didn't it?
I know Guile and Ryu, aren't the same exact size but their size is pretty close

a good amount of them... but not one of every characters moves that is a bit too much
Sheng long will probably have probably around 4 or 6 specials all around...

-Shoryuuken
-Double Hadouken
-Spin Kick
-Flash Kick
-Orochi Ebi

Supers so far:
-Shin Shoryuureppa

I was think of a super where he throws the opponent to air, grab them in mid air, slams  them on his knee a few times throws them back to the air then finishes off with a chargeable hadouken in the air, it will be a close range move if you can't already tell...

gameplay
-only walks, no runs, no dashes, etc
-V-ism, A-ism and X-ism selects
-Win qoutes
-Air, ground and duck blocks
 if you need to know how V-ism, A-ism or X-ism works then...

this shows up before the battle, you chose between 3 "isms", aka X-ism A-ism and V-ism.
if you've played SFA3 then you know how 3 "isms" work...

I think you might be a little confused...
you see these "isms" aren't thing I made up, they came from SFA3, and this character is supposed to be SFA3 canon in terms of gameplay and such :-"

Sheng jumps into the air and vanishes. He reappears behind the opponent and hits them. Is the hit connects, he disappears again and begins a rapid and leathal series of teleport based attacks and finishes up with a teleporty Shoryuken.
