I think the bs he's refering to is the lack of Chuck Norris sprite.
But we all know that no accurate pixiled recreation of Chuck Norris can truly happen, for the internet couldnt hold that much awsome if done accuratly.

But noone can accurately draw Chuck Norris, because his beard is 1024-bit compared to a 128-bit sprite. Plus, the beard must be in the shape of a fist.
