Not exactly
evil ryu is just ryu with(maybe even possessed) with the Satsui no Hadou powers
it looks like AngelM is going for more original moves............................or at least from what I have read from here.

Dispite the fact that Ryu-Akuma will have the usual moves(such as the hadouken, shoryuuken, hurricane kick, etc.) I'm going to do the best I can to make original moves.

no, gouki does the messatsu gou hadou, he doesn't charge it before he does it. Ryu does the shinku hadouken after he charges it up.

  If you play marvel super heroes vs street fighter, akuma and ryu's tag team move is called messatsu hadouken.

What is up with these voting choices? I know you combined Ryu and Akuma's names together but come on, some of them are stupid in my opinion. Also, why did you pick Osaka, that is the name of a city located in Japan.

Here is another idea I'm thinking of: He will fire 2 different fireball(also in the air), and then for his hard punch, he fires a combination of the two(a blue and purple fireball)

Aim for the Sky with this pieces AngelM.  Really what they said earlier is ture, evil ryu is the same thing. We all seen so many ryu, kens, akuma's edits and clone it ridiculous. Your well known for these type of characters too.

Im not trying to bust your balls but do something noone else has. Make him with custom everything. Runs, blocks, kicks, get hits, dizzy. EVERYTHING. 90%

My WIP Axl im doing% 90 if not more custom. I dont want him to have anything similar to megaman besides bodytype.

That fire ball. Its nice but seen. Lets say this fusion character is a arrogent bastard because he a combo of the most two powerful worriors alive. His fireball is shot by pointing his finger. Yeah not one handed but better one finger.

Thats a great idea , make him like he completely mastered the hadouken , for his Shoryuken you should make something like this , after he did the shoryuken the fire push and damage the ennemy in the air .... .

So basically, he does the 3 hit shoryuuken and the fire hits him last.....I think that can be arranged.
