(NOW WITH A POLL!!! ^_^ ) Which Character Deserves Unlimited Power?

Hi guys, Andrew here. I just wanted to take a moment of your time to figure out a most puzzling question. I don't know if it's on everyone's minds or not, but still, I want to find out the answer to this question.

Let me explain first what's going on. As you may or may not know, I am currently working on sprites for my CvR project. However, I wanted to take a moment to make a character just for fun. I'm not talking about one for the CvR project, I'm talking about one that might be of fun for all you sprite collectors out there.  

The type of character I have in mind is a boss character for people who bring together mugen characters from many different games and companies (aka people who use the Everything vs Everything screenpack). There's only one thing I need to know before I get started. Who deserves the powers and abilities of almost every major/evil power source known to the fictional universe?  

I've taken a moment to look up some characters (That I also have sprites of) and I found the following characters that might be useful for this subject.

2. Dr. Doom from Marvel http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Victor_von_Doom_(Earth-616)
3. Rugal from SNK http://snk.wikia.com/wiki/Rugal_Bernstein

5. Chameleon from Midway http://mortalkombat.wikia.com/wiki/Chameleon

I found 7 characters that might be able to fit this subject, but only one can go through. Just about, whoever gets the highest votes in this will have the following things and more.
-The Satsui No Hadou (aka Dark Chakra)
-Divine Orochi Power
-The Infinity Gauntlet
-The Dark Side of the Force (Lol!)
-Legendary Super Saiyan powers

There's more that this guy's gonna get, but these are the main five I can name down so far.

So, who do you think wants every power at their fingertips more than the other guys?

P.S. For those of you that are wondering why I put in info links, it's incase you either don't know who the character is or if you want to collect some information to see who REALLY deserves all this power.

Oh, and here's a pic for all of you to see so that you'll get a good example of how some of these characters would look with the infinity gauntlet on their hands. And no, they will not be this exact color when I'm done with whoever I'm going to work on and I plan to add more than just an oversized glove.

And if you're wondering why Chameleon isn't in this pic, it's because he absorbs the powers of the infinity gems on the infinity gauntlet instead of wearing it like the other six.

Yeah, I was going to put up a poll. But the sad part about it, there's nothing in here that lets you. I see many other things I can do (Like bold, italicize, and I can even put in faces  )
