the cheap project was an old old project dude  they page expired in the last year they were to put in a single mugen all cheap chars why is ""cheap project""

I wouldn't call marvel vs. dc so much an unfinished project as an in progress project.

Project X was already defunct when I found mugen so I'd get aggrivated about not being able to get the characters.  I thought I'd missed the mugen boat.

DC vs. Marvel (not Marvel vs. DC) is alive and kicking still, even 4 years later.

Project X was resurrected a few months ago.

Mortal Kombat Project = the project to beat, they have gone above and beyond in Mugen.

Various Marvel related project come in and out of existence and are in various stages of non completion.
