I just found out why this movie was bad: The guy who wrote the script never watched the old GI JOE show nor read the comics. Makes sense now.

That was a smart choice then . Let's get a guy that knows nothing about a series , to make the movie . Idiots

I hated the Green Goblin costume & I hated everything about cobra commander . Once again movies have destroyed some of my fondest childhood memories.

I have yet to see the new G.I. Joe movie but I will for one reason, Snake Eye. I would have even bought a Snake Eyes action figure if they hadn't added that stupid mouth to it.

Snake Eyes was AMAZING in this movie. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't awesome about him.

You know , I was thinking about this statement & had to look at my old Snake Eyes figure with the visor that came with Timber . A mouth was also molded through the mask for that figure. i thought it was cool , because the mask is skin tight . So i went out to buy the new figure last night .

  Now i know what you are talking about. The sculpt is just terrible . His mouth looks bad . I may buy that figure & just grind away the mouth part. Because other than that the figure looks cool . Barbecue was a cool looking figure, also . Too bad he is a pretty lame character.

I always wanted a Marvel Legends sized Snake Eye, and this isn't it, that says how bad I feel about the sculpt. Incidentaly, I have the resculpted release of the 1985 SnakeEyes with Timber as well and it's one of only two figures that I still have the in box (out of hundreds) because the box just makes me feel so happy.

I have the original from 1985 & the rerelease that came out a year or so ago . He was in the first line of the rereleases . I bought Snake Eyes & Storm Shadow . I wanted to open Snake Eyes , but mine has the variant black timber . Last I checked it was selling for $75.00 on ebay . So I couldn't convince my self to open it .

Snake Eyes was AMAZING in this movie. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't awesome about him.

His feud with that other ninja wasn't all that awesome.  The lack of love triangle with Scarlet also wasn't awesome and just made him a less interesting character overall.

Oh well. 

When it comes to GI Joes and movies, the only thing I need to see is the opening of the old animated one.  Just the opening.  That's all the awesome you need.
