You know what is annoying about things like this, the file WAS downloaded at least 10 times, yet I don't see 10 people offering to upload it to a better host either?..

Okay, he is obviously Very...very beta, but here is some feedback:
-His moves are set too odd keys, like the kick keys most players are used to are now high punches, and high kicks are weak punches. This should probably be the first thing to be addressed.
-Obviously needs some moves, but that will come later. Should have put a few in before your release though.
-A combo system, MvC style would be your bets bet
-There are a few collision problems and hitbox issues I'm sure you already know about, like his knee air attack and such.

I won't lie Warrior, I don't like it. But the reason why is simple enough to fix.
I just think you need one update first, one that adds a combo system and fixes what you have the buttons set for attacks. (In fact, most people can do that last one themselves)

Well for your first character, it's decent but not good enough. Luckily, I put in all the combos, launchers & the super jump in for you. But I think you should work on the walking forward & back a little more, they're a little choppy.

I was actually JUST starting to do it myself, but if it's already done then thats perfect. =3

Oh, nice job Warriorz, I really like the new stance, the palette separation and how the rocket action works with all his normal moves.

I'v been taking a really close look at this character and I'll PM warriorz about the detail but I hope no one is missing all the great moves that have been programmed in. The controls are a little different than you'd expect which means that you need to check the CMD file to find what the commands are, but there is

of material in there.
