 o.O# This is a classic dan in sf3 form made him about 5 times, but then computer crashed so had to remake him and then I put a little more effort in this one but the credit goes to me and my brother Pain228

Sean but doesn't have none of sean move
picked him because he is very diferent from ken and ryu and also if u think about it Dan is different from ken and ryu so its a perfect match

I tried him out a little and I would suggest that maybe you stick to just one of Dan's voices and maybe add his signature air taunt and ground taunt.

We'll put more taunts, put different sounds cause he does a lot of talking so didn't want him to say the say things over and over, wanted people to tell us how the character play overall if he is a solid character first release , and he'll get better as we go o.O# o.O#

My overall opinion about him is that he is a very fun character to play as I like him a lot and he is pretty well balanced, some of his animations can be smoother thought.

Well the other problems I have with him is that the hyper that makes Dan attack like a mad man is sorta slow maybe make the animation faster for the hyper ;D. He's also MvC styled which bugs me since he's trying to be a Street Fighter 3 character :D.

For the madman man I put it to play at (2) for the speed, tried (1) and he was moving at lighting speed so I thought just to keep it at (2) instead since (1) ran to fast

personally i think his arms look slghtly alpha-ish. they are skinny when compared to his body. just a minor possible suggestion for the future you might want to change his stance since he doesnt stand like the other shotos anymore. but that is just a matter of preference.

OKAY sf4 stance or cvs in sf3 spriting i worked really hard on my sprites  and i will continue to fix on him i just wanted to give you guys a dan. you all like shenlong and gouken why not dan but we are fixing him now

NO MORE SUPER JUMP
NO MORE MVC HITSPARK OR HYPER BACKROUND
CLEANING UP HIS CLSN BOXES
ADDING MORE TAUNTS
MAKING MORE SPRITES FOR SMOOTHER ANIMATIONS
SF3 HITSPARKS ADDED AND HYPERS
WE WILL BE WORKING ON  HIT DAMAAGE
HAS A MOVELIST README
GAVE DG HIS CREDIT WORKING TO MAKE HIM DIFFRENT THOUGH

QUESTIONS

WHY CANT HE HAVE CHAIN COMBOS
HOW DO I GET RID OF SPAMMING ON MY CHARCTERS
ARE MY SPRITES WILLING TO BE WORTHY OF DAN WORKED REALLY HARD ON THEM PLEASE GIVE ME MY CREDIT

i hope you all show him love give him play on your mugen  and BECAUSE  you dont know what goes into making a charcters of this calibur  i had to make a lot of custom animations so enjoy him as he is for now we will keep on improving him

COULD SOMEONE GIVE ME A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO STOP DAN FROM SPAMMING HIS GOUDOUKEN GREATLY APPRECIATED

this is an awesome idea for a character.

I would suggest though that in the following sprite you make it so that he takes his arm out of the Gi, but not the undershirt:

i have both this one and the other one made by Malivictus. both greats works but the one by malivictus has a better sf3 feel to him.

to get rid of the cpu spamming you'll need to work on the ai part related to the hadouken state in the command file.

I've edited some of the animations and pain228 made some more sprites to make the animatins more smoother and better

Intro fixed

Rolling Taunt Special

Hard punch

medium punch

Air taunt

Crouch taunt

Fixed Godoken


Now have SF3 sparks, have a better a.i and is a little more harder A.I not so easy to beat him

Did you add the parry effect? If you didn't add it already add it please.
also maybe add some of Dan's wins from SF4.

and just asking but are you putting his Japanese Street Fighter 4 voice or his English one.

i think these animations need some smoothing, maybe 1 or 2 frames more to make them look a bit fluid.
-the crouching mp
-crouching lk
-standing mp
-jumping hp
-jumping lk
-dankuukyaku (light) first kick

if you want to add more moves for him, there are some more moves he has in snk vs capcom:chaos, like the haoh-sho-ko-ken and the power punch he got from ryo sakazaki.

be more pacific the light kicks are smooth to me i dont understand i just made a gift to show you the meduim punch more smoother and hard punch i trying but they look great to me be more pacific about the animation like what  and where should i but a animation in between animation element 3 and 4 or something in the light kick
