Anyone have a chance to download Dcat Power's Raphael?  Trust me this is the best ninja turtle for mugen ever made, many hypers, specials, and grab moves, he even has a throw that tosses you into the screen!!!!  TIGHT!!! I hope volzzilla does a vid review of Dcat's Raph!  I have waited a loooong time for a good turtle for mugen for I myself love TMNT!!
