Details about the char
-----------------
The Select Screen Portrait

and

The Hyper Portrait

Also Updated the
.def File

now it has an intro for Arcade

and

i got rid of the nightwing ang kungfu man sprites

also updated his stance by slowing it down so it wont be the same as nightwing

and updated his .CNS file so it wont die quickly and his hits wont be so weak.

new combo(like one above)  
new special
minor bug fixes
better gameplay
added AI
and
ETC...
Note it still needs some work.

So is this just an edit of Nightwing then?...
Yeah I tried it out, the basics are okay, but the specials need a lot of work. Most of the collision boxes are missing, they have no sound, and the animations are just one solid color that looks rather bad when shown with the character animation.

Still a WIP of course, but it is coming along nicely.

He's better but still a little lacking
- still walks in the air, maybe moreso now
- saw him fly off screen once, though he came back about 10 seconds later or so
- some of the missing sprites from before have been filled in
- new move puts opponent into a dizzy state

I'm not gonna say he's bad or anything- because he's not- though does need alot of work, he is really good.

Two things I always found he needed
-More sprites
-Better attack FX

- sounds are being worked on and a new versus portrait along with select portrait o and intro.!
yes all my creations are on my site but i rather ppl just download him and use him quicker and fun instead of doing a scavenger hunt lol but yea my site is still up

He still goes into hyper that doesnt happen. Delete the code, and trigger since it does nothing
