How do i get perfect sound for my MUGEN videos?

After searching and searching on how to get the best out of your MUGEN videos I only figured out how to get the best video quality. But thats it. My sound is TERRIBLE! I got my video to sound and look good ONCE using Windows Media Encoder or Decoder whatever. But I can't remember what I did to get it to sound that way. So I used SnagIt what almost ALL  tutorials say to use and I still get terrible sound. If you would like  to hear how bad my sound is (to try and guess what the problem is by hearing it) I hosted a video that is a good example (or bad example) on a hosting site. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Yo I dont have problem with my sound I have a problem when recording my mugen gose slow for some reason so can u help me out oh yeah did u watch the youtube video where it tells u how to do it cause if u didnt understand ill help u out

do you record in 320x240 window size?

I'm still getting bad sound. Maybe I'm not using the program right. I will try again.
