Does Anyone Know How To Increase The Volume Of A Characters Voice?

I've been playing around with acouple of my mugen characters lately & i've noticed that some have very low voice patterns when they taunt, strike, & speak in there intro's & endings... any help would be greatly appreciated on how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance. :-??

Try exporting the sounds you want to increase the volume of in Fighter Factory, and edit them in Audacity. There might be an easy way, but I am not sure.
