Billy should have an oxyclean attack where he sprays it on p2 turning them white, and bleached.

I'm looking for a base but I'm thinking of maybe we could do this from scratch, Warner style, and make him look like the characture in the above cartoon.

That woudl be cool, though its hard for me to work totaly from scrach like that, but maybe i could pull off style matching and editing various bases to the point where it would fit in with the orignal scratch made sprite.

I'm down for helping on him as well. Fully scratch might be a bit of a prob for me as well, but if there's a design there with a few basic movements, I think I could build from that.

If not that, then I'm sure some CvS base would probably work for him.

Another special, or a least hard punch should be a crack to the head with the Big City Slider station. A squirt of orange glow for another, and maybe a snap with the Shamwow.

The Hurcules Hook Punch that sends the enemy flying behind you and sticking to the wall.

Get on the ball! and he pelts you with oxiclean detergent balls.

Orange Glow could be used to make a slipping effect like sub zero has.

I made him about Homer size so we can always use Homer as a reference on how to make the body move, although this character is more slim.

At this point the only way this character will get finished is with collaboration. Even if we only have a few moves we'll still be able to program him and we'll be good to go.

The design on him is plain awesome. Will try some stuff on him tonight and see how it comes out.

Yeah,and KABOOM would explode and send the enemy flying!And,Billy would smash them hard as they're falling!

This sounds like it could be interesting. Maybe he could have a Mighty Putty attack that sticks the opponent to the floor, allowing Billy Mays to rain down destruction upon them. And for a win pose, Billy could use a Zorbeez to clean up all the blood his opponent lost during the fight!
